Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

2. Service description

Oxideis a workout tracking application with an optional adaptive coaching tier (“Coach”) and a gym-anchored social layer (“Rooms”). [TODO: legal text — describe what the free core, the paid Coach tier, and Rooms include and exclude. Note that features may be added, modified, or removed over time.]

3. Account registration

4. Subscriptions, billing, trial, auto-renewal, cancellation

OxideCoach is a paid auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. This section describes how that subscription works.

  • Trial period. [TODO: legal text — Coach includes a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID settings without being charged.]
  • Billing. [TODO: legal text — at the end of the trial, your Apple ID is charged the published subscription price. The current price is shown in the App Store and in-app before purchase.]
  • Auto-renewal. [TODO: legal text — your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the term.]
  • Cancellation. [TODO: legal text — you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Oxide cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf — Apple controls the billing relationship.]
  • Price changes. [TODO: legal text — we may change the price of the subscription. Changes are communicated through the App Store and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before the new price applies.]

5. Refunds

[TODO: legal text — refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by Oxide. To request a refund, use Apple's “Report a Problem” flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. Oxidedoes not process refunds directly and cannot override Apple's decision. EU consumers retain any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to digital services.]

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Oxide to:

7. Intellectual property

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms. No other rights are granted.]

8. User content

You grant us a limited licence to host, back up, and process that content as required to operate the service (multi-device sync, Rooms, optional AI program generation). We do not sell your training data and do not claim broader rights to it.]

9. Liability disclaimers

[TODO: legal text — to the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data beyond what is recoverable from the most recent backup, or damages arising from your inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.]

10. Termination

11. Governing law
